    They pick an amount, name the recipient, add a message and pay through Stripe, and can schedule it to arrive on the day.

    Look the voucher up by its code, or scan its QR code in the phone app, and take off as much as the bill needs.

Can a voucher be spent over several visits?

Yes. Whatever is not used stays on the voucher until it runs out or expires.

What does it cost to sell vouchers?

Online sales carry a NomNom platform fee, a percentage plus a small fixed amount per voucher, and Stripe's card fee; the buyer pays face value. Vouchers you sell at the till carry no NomNom fee.

Can a voucher arrive on a birthday?

Yes. The buyer picks a delivery date and time, and their own copy arrives straight away.

Can guests pay a booking deposit with a voucher?

No. They book as normal and hand the voucher over when they pay the bill.

What if a guest loses their voucher?
