Every venue has its own licence, its own diary and its own booking page, so a group pays the same per-venue price for each site. There is no group surcharge and no booking cap at any size. Running several venues? Tell us about your group and we will help you set them all up.

How much does NomNom cost?
NomNom is £29.99 a month per venue, plus VAT (20% for UK venues, so £35.99 a month in total). That one plan covers online bookings, deposits, the table plan, reminders, NomNom Web and the iOS and Android apps. SMS credits are bought separately.
Is there a contract or a notice period?
No. NomNom is paid month to month. Cancel whenever you like and your subscription runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no minimum term and no notice period.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding charge and no sales call. Sign up in your browser and use the full system free for 14 days.
Does NomNom charge commission or per-cover fees?
No. Bookings from your booking page, your own website, Google and NomNom Discover carry no commission and no per-cover fee, however many covers you take.
Do deposits cost extra?
NomNom adds no fee to deposits or card holds. Payments go through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard card processing fees apply, and the money goes straight to you.
How much do SMS reminders cost?
Text messages are pay as you go: you buy SMS credits in the app, and a standard text of up to 160 characters uses one credit (a longer text, or one with emoji, uses more). UK venues start their free trial with 50 credits. Email confirmations and reminders cost nothing.
How does pricing work for more than one venue?
Each venue has its own licence at £29.99 a month per venue, plus VAT, so a group of three venues pays for three. Get in touch if you run a larger group.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You choose whether to subscribe. The trial needs no card, so nothing is charged unless you decide to carry on.
Are gift vouchers included?
Yes, you can sell gift vouchers from your booking page. Vouchers sold online are the one place NomNom takes a commission: a percentage plus a small fixed amount per voucher, alongside Stripe's card fee. Vouchers you sell at the till carry no NomNom fee.
