What's happening, and when

After almost two decades, e-Res is being switched off for good on 31 July 2026. The codebase is nearly twenty years old, and keeping it alive was taking time away from building something genuinely better.

When is e-Res switching off?
The e-Res Windows reservation system is being retired on 31 July 2026. After that date it will no longer be supported or available to use.
Will I lose my reservation history when I move?
No. We migrate your existing and future reservations from e-Res into NomNom for you, free of charge, so the booking history you've built up over the years comes with you.
How much does NomNom cost?
NomNom is £17.99 per month with everything included — web bookings, SMS, deposits, gift vouchers and reports. There's a 14-day free trial, no contract and no setup fee.
What hardware do I need to run NomNom?
Just an iPhone, iPad or Android phone or tablet. NomNom is a mobile-first app, so there's no Windows PC to maintain and nothing to install on a computer.
Do I have to move to NomNom?
No. If another system suits your venue better, we'll help you leave tidily — including exporting your reservation data so you can take it with you. We'd rather you end up on the right system for you.
