For venues on another system

Switching costs you nothing.
Staying might be costing you plenty.

NomNom is £29.99 a month per venue, everything included, with no commission and no contract. If you are tied into another booking system, we will wait for it — free. And while you wait, we will build you a new website for nothing.

No card needed to look. No call to book. Nobody will ring you unless you ask.

Offer one

We'll wait out your contract

Still locked in? Tell us how many months you have left and NomNom is free for exactly that long, up to 12 months. Not a discount — free. You start paying us on the day your old contract would have ended anyway.

Offer two

A new website, built for £0

We pay for AI compute every month whether we use it or not, and what we don't use is simply wasted. So we would rather point it at something useful. Build cost: nothing. After that it is £15 a month, which covers our time, your domain, hosting and any change you ask for.

Offer three

Your bookings come with you

We move your existing reservations, your future bookings and your guest records across free of charge. You are not reopening a diary on a blank page, and you are not retyping a decade of regulars.

What you are probably paying for right now

Not every system does all of these. Most do at least three. Check yours against the list — the answers on the right are what NomNom does instead.

Commission on your own regularsA fee on every cover the platform decides it sent you — including the guest who has eaten with you for nine years and happened to click the wrong link.
No commission. Ever. Not on your website, not on your booking page, not from Google. There is no diner marketplace, so there are no marketplace covers to bill you for.
A price you are not allowed to see"Contact us for pricing" usually means the number depends on how much they think you will pay, and on how hard you push back.
£29.99 a month. It is printed on our homepage. It is the same figure for a 30-cover bistro and a 200-cover pub, and it is the same figure whether or not you negotiate.
A contract you cannot leaveAnnual terms, automatic renewal, and a notice period you have to remember months in advance or start another year.
Rolling monthly. Cancel from inside the app. No minimum term, no notice period, no exit fee, and no phone call where somebody talks you out of it.
Modules priced one at a timeSMS reminders: an add-on. Gift vouchers: another add-on. Pre-orders, events, reporting: more again. The quoted price is rarely the paid price.
One price, everything in. Web bookings, deposits, card holds, table plans, events, vouchers, reviews, reports, the lot. SMS is the only pay-as-you-go item, because every message costs real money to send.
A percentage of your depositsSome systems take a cut of every deposit and every payment on top of the monthly subscription you are already paying.
Deposits are yours. They go straight into your own Stripe account, and we take nothing from them. Apple Pay and Google Pay included.
Hardware you had to buyA tablet on the pass that only runs the booking system, and a replacement when it stops being supported.
Runs in the browser you already have. Mac, Windows or Chromebook, nothing to install. The iOS and Android apps are included, on as many devices as you like.
Paying per userCharged by the seat, so training a new supervisor costs you money and sharing one login becomes the cheaper option.
Unlimited staff and devices. Everyone gets their own sign-in, so the audit trail actually tells you who moved that table.
Your guest data, on their termsThe list you spent years building sits in somebody else's system, and getting it out is a support ticket at best.
Export it whenever you want. Daily exports are part of the subscription — and if you ever leave us, we will help you go tidily and hand you your data.
And the whole thing costs
£29.99 / month per venue
Free until your current contract ends, up to 12 months. Then rolling monthly — no setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. 14-day free trial if you would rather just try it first.

How the switch actually works

Nobody changes booking system in the middle of a busy season on a promise. So you don't have to — you run both until you are ready.

Tell us what you're on

Which system, and when your contract ends. The form at the bottom of this page is enough.

We set you up

We build your rooms, tables and service times, and move your reservations and guest list across. Usually a day or two.

Run both side by side

Keep taking bookings on your old system for as long as you want. Switch your website over when the team is comfortable.

Your old contract ends

And that is the first month you pay us. Everything before it is free.

While you're here — a website, on us

This is not a bolt-on to sell you later. It is the same offer, for the same reason: we are buying the compute anyway.

£0 £250
To design and build
£15 £20
Per month, everything in

Unused AI compute does not roll over. It expires at the end of the month and we have paid for it either way — so we would rather it built you a website than evaporated. Designed around your venue, not dropped into a template with your logo in the corner. All the build costs us is the time to direct it, check it over and put right anything it got wrong, and that is the same time the £15 a month keeps paying for afterwards.

The free build and the £15 a month are for venues moving their bookings to NomNom; our standard website service is £250 to build and £20 a month, and you can take that on its own with no NomNom subscription at all. Just curious? Ask anyway. Tell us your venue on the form below and we will build you a mock-up to look at — free, no obligation, whether or not you ever switch.

Straight answers

What does "free until my current contract ends" actually mean?
We waive our own subscription for however many months you have left with your current provider, up to 12 months. We are not paying your existing supplier — we simply do not charge you until the date you would have been free anyway. Tell us your renewal date and we will confirm the free period in writing before you move anything.
Does NomNom charge commission on bookings?
No. There is no per-cover fee on bookings taken through your own website, through your booking page, or through Google. There is no diner marketplace, so there are no marketplace covers to charge you for. If you want the detail, our side-by-side comparisons lay out how each of the main systems charges.
Am I tied into a contract with NomNom?
No. NomNom is rolling monthly at £29.99 per venue. You can cancel from inside the app at any time — there is no minimum term, no notice period and no exit fee.
What happens to my existing reservations and guest list?
They come with you. We migrate your existing and future reservations and your guest records into NomNom for you, free of charge, so you are not reopening a diary on a blank page.
What is the catch on the free website?
There is no catch, but here is the honest version. The build itself costs us nothing we were not already spending: we pay for AI compute every month whether we use it or not, and whatever we do not use is simply wasted, so we would rather point it at your website. What it does cost us is time — directing the AI, checking the site over properly, making any changes it needs, and then hosting it on our server. That is what the £15 a month pays for. The free build is for venues moving their bookings to NomNom.
Can I see what a website would look like before I commit to anything?
Yes. Fill in the form below, tell us your venue, and we will build you a mock-up to look at. There is no obligation and nothing to pay, whether or not you go on to switch your bookings.
What if NomNom turns out not to suit us?
Cancel any month. We will export your reservations and guest data and help you leave tidily. We would rather you ended up on the right system than be stuck on ours — that is rather the point of not having a contract.

Tell us what you're on

A real person reads every one of these, and you will get a real answer back — not a calendar link. If you are only curious about the website, say so and that is all we will talk about.

We use what you send here to answer you, and nothing else. No newsletter unless you ask for one, and no third parties — see our privacy policy.
