The Dashboard is the first page of the NomNom admin portal, the website where admins look after devices, users, SMS credits, the subscription and data exports. It gives you a quick summary of your bookings. For the numbers you need during service, see the end of this article.
Opening the Dashboard
In NomNom Web, click your name at the top right and choose Admin dashboard. It opens in a new tab, and admins go straight in. You can also go to nomnom-app.net/admin/sign-in and sign in with your email and password (Forgot your password? is under the button). Only admins can sign in.
Your venue’s name is shown at the top of every page. If you run more than one venue, switch between them there.

The At a glance tiles
The Dashboard opens on At a glance: eight tiles, each a caption above a number. They cover the venue you’re looking at, not just one day.
- Total reservations — every booking ever taken, not counting cancelled ones.
- Upcoming — bookings from today onwards, including today’s.
- Today — today’s bookings.
- Next 7 days — today and the six days after it.
- Upcoming covers — adults and children across all your upcoming bookings.
- Cancellations — every cancelled booking, ever.
- Devices — the devices registered to the venue.
- Users — the people set up for the venue.
Cancelled bookings are left out of the first five. The numbers are worked out when the page opens, so refresh it to bring them up to date.
Manage
Under the tiles, each card opens part of the portal or NomNom itself:
- NomNom Web — opens NomNom Web in a new tab, already signed in.
- Booking page — opens your public booking page in a new tab (see Turning on online booking and sharing your link).
- Devices — see and revoke the devices registered to your account.
- Users — your team, their roles and access codes (see Managing your team and who can access NomNom).
- SMS Credits — your balance, and topping up (see Texting guests and managing SMS credits).
- Subscription — your plan, card and billing (see Changing the card you pay with, and finding your invoices).
- Data Export — download a copy of your customer and booking data as spreadsheet files.
The menu down the left has the same pages, plus Recent bookings: the 100 most recently made bookings, newest first, with the date and time, name, covers, and a Web or Card label. Cancelled bookings aren’t listed.
Your numbers inside NomNom
- The day you’re viewing. In NomNom Web, the bar along the bottom shows RESERVATIONS, COVERS and SMS CREDITS for the meals and areas on screen. The phone app’s footer shows SMS Credits and Guests.
- A month at a time. Insights sums up a month: covers, reservations, no-shows, average party size, where bookings came from and your busiest days and times. In NomNom Web, it’s under More; in the phone app, in the menu.
- To print. In NomNom Web, click the printer (Reports & printing) in the top bar; in the phone app, choose Reports from the menu. There are day sheets (Bookings and Chart), a monthly Guest Summary (Guests on the phone) and, for admins, Payments (see Printing tonight’s service sheet).
Good to know
- Need more than the latest 100? Data Export downloads all your bookings.
- Staff don’t need the portal. Everything for running service is in NomNom Web and the phone app (see Using NomNom in your web browser).
