Your booking link is the web address guests use to book a table with you online. It looks like https://book.nomnom-app.net/a1b2c3d4, and it stays the same, so it’s safe to print. Here’s how to copy it, where to share it, and how to turn it into a QR code. If online booking isn’t on yet, start with Turning on online booking and sharing your link.
Copy your link
1. Open your online booking settings. In NomNom Web, open Settings from the account menu (top right) or the button at the bottom of the left-hand bar, then choose Online Booking & Discover. In the phone app, go to Settings and tap Online Booking & Discover. Settings is for admins only.
2. Click Copy booking link. It’s near the bottom, just below TERMS & PRIVACY. You’ll see Booking link copied, and the link is ready to paste. The link is written underneath too, but it can be cut short on a small screen, so copy it rather than typing it out.
3. Try it. Test Online Booking, just above, opens your booking page as guests see it: in a new browser tab in NomNom Web, or inside the app on your phone.

Where to share it
- Your website. Link a Book a table button to it, or put the whole booking form on your page (see Putting the booking form on your own website).
- Google. See Show your NomNom booking page on Google.
- Instagram and Facebook. Put it in your Instagram bio and on your Facebook page, and paste it into replies when people message to ask for a table.
- Everywhere else. Your email signature, WhatsApp replies, newsletters and any listings you appear on.

Making a QR code
NomNom doesn’t make a QR code for your booking link — the only QR codes it creates are the ones on gift vouchers. Any free QR code generator will do the job, and it takes a minute:
1. Copy your booking link, as above. You can do all of this on your phone.
2. Paste it into a QR code generator. Search the web for "free QR code generator", paste your link in and download the code as an image. PNG is fine for most things; SVG, if it’s offered, stays sharp at any size for print.
3. Scan it before you print. Point your phone’s camera at the code and check it opens your booking page. Check a printed copy too.
Good to know
- Choose a static code. Some generators offer "dynamic" codes that send people through the generator’s own website first, and those can stop working if you stop paying for the service. A static code holds your link itself and keeps working.
- Print it big enough. About 2cm across is the smallest that scans easily. A line such as "Scan to book a table" next to it helps.
- Your link doesn’t change. Changing your times, tables or booking page leaves the link as it is, so printed codes keep working.
- Listed on NomNom Discover? Your link may open your Discover page, where guests book in just the same way.
- On a free trial? In NomNom Web, the Get started card’s Put a Book button on your website step has a Copy link button that copies the same link.
