NomNom has a place to keep links to your Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok pages, and your booking page and NomNom Discover page show them to guests.
Saving your links
1. Open Social Media. In NomNom Web, open Settings from the account menu (top right) or the button at the bottom of the left-hand bar, and choose Social Media under ACCOUNT. Settings is for admins only.
2. Click a network. Choose Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) or TikTok. Any you haven’t filled in say Not set.
3. Paste the full address of your page and click Save. Copy it from your browser’s address bar while you’re on your page, so it starts with https://. A handle on its own, such as @theredlionpub, won’t work as a link.

Where guests see social links
- Your booking page shows Instagram and Facebook only, as two buttons under Connect With Us, near the bottom of the page after your contact details and map. X and TikTok aren’t shown there. With neither link, the section is hidden.
- Your NomNom Discover page shows all four, as small IG, FB, X and TT buttons under Find us. So does the Discover-style page some booking links open.
- Emails and texts don’t include social links.
- The booking form on your own website and the Reserve a Table button don’t show them either.
If your links aren’t showing
Your booking page and your Discover page take their links from the Social Media screen, so that’s the place to put things right. If a link is missing:
- Is it X or TikTok? Your booking page only shows Instagram and Facebook. X and TikTok appear on your Discover page.
- Is it the full address? Click the link under Social Media and check it starts with https://, then click Save.
- Are you listed? Your Discover page only shows once you’re listed (see Listing your restaurant on NomNom Discover).
Good to know
- Your website shows as well. The address in Restaurant Details → Website appears under Contact Us on your booking page, and under Find us on your Discover page.
- Sharing the other way round. To get guests from Instagram or Facebook to your booking page, put your booking link in your bio and on your page (see Turning on online booking and sharing your link).
- Removing a link. Click it, clear the box and click Save.
