Managing your subscription and invoices

Your NomNom plan, payment method and invoices are all managed in the web admin portal, on the Subscription page. Invoices themselves are downloaded through Stripe's secure billing portal, which the page links you straight to.

Where to find it

Sign in to the web admin portal and open the Subscription page. You can reach it from the sidebar menu, or from the Manage section on the Dashboard, where there is a Subscription card described as "Manage your plan, payment method and billing."

In the web admin portal: sidebar → Subscription.

Checking your plan and payment method

The Subscription page shows two cards at the top. Status shows your current plan and, where applicable, the Next renewal date. Payment method shows the card on file — its brand, last four digits and expiry — or "No card on file." if none has been added.

Finding and downloading invoices

Invoices are kept inside Stripe's billing portal. On the Subscription page, find the Manage subscription card and select Open billing portal. As the page explains, this lets you "Update your payment method, change plan, download invoices or cancel — all via Stripe's secure billing portal." From there you can view and download each invoice as a PDF.

In the web admin portal: Subscription → Manage subscription → Open billing portal.

Updating your payment method or changing plan

These are also handled inside the billing portal. Select Open billing portal from the Manage subscription card, then update your card details or change your plan in the Stripe-hosted pages. Your details on the Subscription page refresh automatically afterwards.

Starting or cancelling a subscription

If you don't yet have an active subscription, the Subscription page shows a Subscribe now button to get started.

If you do have an active subscription, the Manage subscription card includes a Cancel subscription option. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then. If a subscription has already been cancelled, the page offers Start a new subscription whenever you're ready.

A note about the app

Subscription and invoice management lives in the web admin portal rather than the NomNom app. If you've been looking for it in the app's Settings and couldn't find it, that's expected — head to the web admin portal instead.
