Third-party listing opt-out

This page is for restaurants that use NomNom. If you are a diner trying to change a booking, please contact the restaurant directly.
What we list, and where
So that diners can find and book you from Google Search and Google Maps, we may include your venue in the data we send to Google's Actions Center as part of the Reserve with Google programme. What we send is limited to information about the business itself:
- your venue's name, address and location;
- your public telephone number and website, where you have given them to us;
- the times you have tables available, and for what party sizes.
We do not send your guests' personal data, your reservation records, your notes, or your commercial information.
Opting out
You can ask us to remove your venue from this listing at any time, and you do not need to give a reason. Opting out does not affect your NomNom account, your own booking page, or anything else about the Service.
To opt out, email support@nomnom-app.net with the subject "Reserve with Google opt-out", and tell us:
- your venue name, as it appears in NomNom;
- the venue's address or postcode, so we remove the right one if you have several.
We will confirm by reply and remove the venue within 5 business days of receiving your request.
What happens after you opt out
Your venue stops being included in the data we send to Google. The listing Google shows for your business is Google's own, so any booking link that came from us will stop appearing there once Google next processes our data - usually within a day or two of us removing you, though the exact timing is Google's.
Opting out here does not remove or change your Google Business Profile, which you manage yourself. If you have added a booking link to that profile directly, it stays until you remove it.
Changing your mind
Email the same address and ask to be included again. There is no penalty and no waiting period at our end.
