The relaxed coastal-inspired dining room welcomes guests with a choice of seasonal à la carte menus and daily chef specials, which may include local lobsters (seasonal), Niarbyl crab, queenies, king scallops, and fresh fish. The kitchen is committed to using locally sourced produce to bring you a true taste of the Island and its surrounding seas, with menus shaped by the tides and seasons, featuring seafood landed metres from the door. The restaurant works closely with local fishermen and small producers, creating dishes around what the Island offers seasonally, with queenies landed metres away and day-boat catch from skippers they know by name. The menus feature dishes that use as much local produce and ingredients as possible, offering seafood, meats and plant-based dishes, as well as Sunday roasts. The Boatyard caters for gluten-free and other special diets on request and welcomes families with children who can enjoy the Little Pirates menu. In addition to a handpicked wine and gin list, you can try one of their handcrafted cocktails, while fresh seafood from local boats and local meat from the Island's finest butchers is prepared daily by talented chefs and served by the friendly Boatyard team.
